Clinical Supervision

Our services:

Clinical supervision is designed to provide support to social workers to meet their clinical requirements for the Illinois exam to become a licensed clinical social worker and to enhance their clinical skills. I provide individual supervision and small group supervision (virtual/in person). Supervision encourages growth, increases clinical skills, and prepares for licencing exams (LSW/LPC and LCSW/LCPC).

I also provide a mentorship program to develop your leadership skills and help you become the light in the mental health field.

Individual Supervision:

  • One on one 50 minutes weekly sessions

  • Virtual or in person

  • Growth in clinical skills, support, case consultation, & meeting license requirements for the LSW/LPC or LCSW/LCPC.

  • Complete Illinois paperwork for the LSW/LPC or LCSW/LCPC at the end of clinical supervision.

  • Work with Illinois residents only.

    Group Supervision:

  • Small, closed, weekly 50 minute group. Capped at 5 social workers.

  • Virtual or in person

  • Promote clinical skills, support from a group dynamic, case consultation, & meeting license requirements for LSW/LPC or LCSW/LCPC

  • Get one individual session to complete paperwork for LSW/LPC or LCSW/LCPC

  • Work with Illinois residents only.

Mentorship Program

At Lighthouse Clinical Services, we believe in the power of mentorship and collaboration. Our mentorship program allows you to learn from a seasoned social worker who can provide valuable insights and advice to help you take your skills to the next level. Additionally, our collaborative approach fosters a stimulating environment where clinicians can exchange ideas and collaborate on complex cases, ensuring every client receives the best care possible. The program encourages growth in your leadership skills and how to handle yourself as a professional. We work with Illinois residents only.
